When you browse
The website has no registration form, payment form, advertising pixels or analytics added by Chapyx. Our hosting and security providers process technical connection information, such as IP address, browser information and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. Our website code does not set cookies or store your details in your browser. A language choice appears in the page URL.
When you email us
If you send an email, we receive your email address, name if included, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and maintain related correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Providers and disclosure
The site is hosted with OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare delivery infrastructure. Email is handled through Gmail. These providers process information to provide their services; processing may occur in the United States and other countries. We do not sell enquiry information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service or others.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any related legal obligations. Provider records are subject to the provider's own retention practices.
